I like your new design much better than the old one.  The page layout is 
very innovative.  The only comment I have is with the title 
(sailormoon.gif).  I noticed that there are white edges around the text.  
Seems like you were using a white background when making the transparent 
image.  Try making the transparent image with a solid light blue 
background similar to the color of the paper.gif background.
