please review my commercial site

Greetings HWG enthusiasts.  I have just recently begun subscribing to 
the critique list and have enjoyed looking at other web designers' sites 
as well as the helpful suggestions given by the list members.  I would 
like any feedback regarding my site at 
http://www.angelfire.com/biz/possibilities that you may have. (BTW, I 
plan to move my site to a more professional host and obtain my domain 
name in the near future.)

Specifically, if anyone knows how to combine the ordering information 
with the check writing form so a customer need only submit once, I would 
appreciate the help.  Several things are still under construction so 
watch out for the mess :-)
