-  It's probably not a good idea to scare viewer with "Best viewed with 
Netscape at 1024 x 768".  It looks okay at 800x600.  However, at 
640x480, the navigation frame requires horizontal scrolling.

-  Is the Java Applet menu necessary?  Whent he mouse is over an item, 
Netscape displays a yellow flag with comments for that item, and it 
covers the next item.  May be Javascript mouseover would work better.

-  When click on E-Mail, it opens up another copy of Netscape, then the 
e-mail window.  It really clutters the viewer's desktop for no good 
reason.

-  The Graphics page has a couple of broken images.  Since there is only 
two images, basically all your images don't work on the Graphics page.  
That defeats the purpose of having a "Graphics" page.
