Final critique (I hope)

I have revamped my page.  I took into consideration, most of your
ideas from your last critique.  About the window popping up - it's
being taken care.  in the next few days, there will be no more window.
 Also, I know it's not validated.  that's also being worked on.  other
than that, give me the dirty details.  The site is http://fly.to/chsm
