Commercial Site Critique....Please

Fellow List members:

Please critique the following commercial site.  I know that the gold 
color image is dithering.  I created the image using a web-safe palette, 
don't know why it's doing that.  I'm in a process of fixing it.  I also 
realize that it is a slow site.  Any comments are welcome.
