REQ Critique on Personal Site

Please critique my experimental personal site.  It is basically a 
training exercise for myself.  Needless to say that the links are not 
working.  Only the main page is ready.

- Too much graphics, take too long to load?
- Do the images line up okay on your browser?
- Does table background color show properly?
- Dithering too bad on 256 colors?
- Mouseover works okay?

If you have more time and are good with frames, please check-out my 
attempt to present the same site with frames.  Like I said, it is an 
attempt and right now it is a mess.  May be you can straighten me out.  
Or may be using frames to reconstruct parts of an image seamlessly is 
not possible.
