i had a look at

and it loaded well this time - no problem whatsoever

concerning the content/design:
IMHO 
the pages would look better with a reduced size of the WOF picture and 
cutting the fire.htm page in 2 so that each of them firts on one entire 
screen, avoiding scrolling

make more clear that the fire.htm page is about a video by putting the 
word in at the top of the page

add 2 or 3 buttons (the same on each page of course) that allow to 
navigate the whole site - since it's rather small that shouldn't be too 
difficult. This adds clarity to the structure and people entering the 
site via search engines do not necessarily enter via the front door. The 
buttons (or link text) could come instead of the current copyright and 
snailexpress link. The latter should be put elsewhere and/or smaller. Or 
you could put the buttons on the top or in a side bar.
