I'm assuming we are reviewing http://www.genitor.com.

1. The site looks very professional overall.

2. Title banners such as index.html_cmp_genitor000_bnr.gif look kind of 
course, it may have to do with using GIF format on gradient.  You might 
want to save those images as JPEG since you don't really need the images 
to be transparent.  Other titles such as Genitor_OCS_Logo.gif can also 
use a little quality boost.

3. At 640x480, the horrible horizontal scroll bar pops up.

4. The image bannerleft.gif on the upper-left corner of each page looks 
out-of-place.  Nice design but it's sitting out there all by itself.  I 
would suggest integrating it into the banners (i.e. 
index.html_cmp_genitor000_bnr.gif).  I think that would flow better.

5. The navigation bar (left sidebar) is confusing.  If I click on a menu 
item that has a sub-menu, the sub-menu would pop up above the main menu 
(i.e. Partner Programs).  I lose my place when it does that.  I would 
suggest putting the sub-menu below the main menu.  That way the main 
menu would stay put.

6. Overall navigation needs an overhaul.  Not only because of Item 5, it 
is real easy to get lost in general.

7. In pricing.html, you should be consistent with your font setting with 
"Back to Top".  The last two are different than the others.
