I have done a lot of sites of this sort and have never had more of a
contract than a handshake.

     I would like to see more info about Brandon. A few facts about
him and the pic would be a nice way to start the page. Then the e-mail
for his family.
     Move the links to the CF sites down so people don't leave the 
site before learning about Brandon. The object of having a page in his
name is to generate interest in the disease by putting a human face to
it.
     Nice start and since you want to keep it limited to one page you
need to pay careful attention to how it flows and keep the content down 
to keep scrolling to a minimum.
