Business Info Site Critique, please?

To all,

I am nearing the completion of my first web site and I would like any
feedback, suggestions or criticisms you can provide.    I am looking for 
comments on design, layout, organization, functionality, etc. on 
everything.

Feel free to test my form to email to cookie logic that I copied, I mean 
leveraged from many of the experts that participate in this newsgroup by 
submitting a Feedback form.

It's a business information site and it can be found at URL
http://www2.epix.net/~acpsr/drew/.

I used FP '98 to develop the site and predominately IE 4.0 to preview 
the site.
