Would like comments on the following in general , or anything else you guys
and gals wanna comment on 

* Browser Compatibility [ I think it views the same in most GUI browser(s) ]
* Spelling, Grammer, Etc... in general .
* Speed Of Pages 

It is a frames page.. and I am working on a non frames version , the main
reason for the frames is for navigation reasons and that is what the
organization wants ...
