This looks really clean, colors are crisp and different.
Two quick ideas. First, the blue title bar really divides
the page, separating the logo from the text. i think it
would look good only reaching a third of the way across
the page or just the size of the text. Second, the
navigation looks nice over on the left, but then i am lost
when i go to an inner page. i guess the switching back and
forth between title bar and left column is hard to follow.
i would prefer it was consistent.

Overall a nice site (that yellow almost my favorite color!)
