Please critique club page

Hi, I'd like to have a critique of a site I designed for the
University of Central Florida Environmental Society.

I tried to keep it fairly simple, and I also need to know how I can
get the file size of those photos down (I have Photoshop, but I don't
know more than the basic commands).
