Please critique my site

Dear HWG members,

I have personally designed and set up 2 web sites in Geocities. The 
first site is in English (Titled: Family Bahl�s Web Site) and the second 
site is in Spanish (Titled: Rotary Youth Exchange Students). 

It would be great if you all could spare some time out of your busy
