Kynn,
    The redesigned page loads much faster. I also find it much more
attractive as the menu is clearer and the links more obvious. This 
should aid navigation. The page is less cluttered and I would be more
inclined to surf the entire site and learn more about your college 
instead of becoming confused or frustrated by the amount of things 
to wade through on the first page. Overall impression... very well 
done. Carefully thought out and well designed.
