My First (gulp) critique!

Hi All,


I've been lurking around the list for quite awhile now, and thought I
should put my site up for critique.
I'm not sure if my site is considered a 'personal' site, but it isn't
quite commercial either. A few things I'd like you to look at:

1. Load time.
2. Layout and design (I have a feeling that the graphics need 'brightened
up')	
3. Code Neatness (I've got quite a bit of nested tables, and that is
being worked on to be faster)
4. Anythink Else!
