First, to see the full page I had to hide the taskbar and minimize the 
buttons at the top of IE.  This may just be my problem though as my 
screen size is 640X480 (an aside, does anyone know what the most 
commonly used screen size is?).  Second, I wouldn't use the brick 
background on a business site (unless maybe you were a bricklayer).  And 
using the border background in the main area alongside the bricks looks 
even worse.  Third, the coins add nothing to the design. Are they a PSP 
tube?  If you want to use a tube there are many out there, so I am sure 
you could find something more suitable.  (I do have links if you want 
them.)  Fourth, what is that navigation thing suppose to be?  I don't 
like it at all.  Also, don't like the visual panel.  Fifth, on the 
graphics that appear above the pages ("mbl design", "portfolio", etc) it 
looks like there is a lot of wasted space.  I would try cropping them.  
Sixth, I'd suggest some kind of heading on the contact page.  Just my 
opinions.
