Chris,

I for one liked the green. Except some of the text is almost the same 
color green, and is hard to read. (Example: the header "Mission 
statement" on the main page.) I'd keep the background but add an accent 
color--how about purple (back to the "grape" concept)?

And I like the splash page, although it should automatically refresh to 
the main page so the user doesn't have to click.

The black and white icons are professional looking, but I don't like the 
kelly green on the mouseovers with the olive-y green background 
colors--it clashes.

The navigation is really straight-forward. Great job there.

Out of curiousity, what did you use to create the spinning 3D logo in 
the upper right hand corner? (Nice.)

Overall a really good site, with only a few places for touch-ups.
