Homepage: the font in the lh column (welcome, be sure to visit, etc) is 
kinda hard to read. I've seen (much) worse, but it could be better. 
(1024 x 768 res)

Homes: Beautiful

Classifieds: I don't understand why you changed from the layout and 
colors of the main page and the homes page

4 your info: the left frame is two skinny for the text. For instance, 
all I can see on one of the links is "LESSON PLA". The colors and 
graphics of this section also made me think it was for kids. It would be 
a cute page, if it were.

About us: why is the header not centered? It is on the other pages.

Overall, I think you only real problem is consistency. I think the site 
mostly has a clean and professional look, and that you've done a pretty 
good job so far.
