ZTA Take 2--Quick Critique

I've started a redo of my ZTA site that I had critiqued last week. I'd 
like you all take a quick look at the first page, if you will, and let 
me know what you think.

The links don't go anywhere yet, so don't bother clicking (unless you 
just like 404 pages). Basically I just want an opinion of the feel of 
the site.

Also, what of the graphics? Two things I already know:

1. the title text needs to be tweaked some
2. the left graphic isn't long enough, if your monitor res > 1024x768

What else?
