Opening graphic is really nice. But IMO it should be centered.

Frames version: the text in the main frame is too close to the left red 
frame. Give it more of a margin to make it more readable.

Left frame: don't make your alink color the same as your background. In 
IE, the link doesn't get un-highlighted unless you physically click away 
from it... so you get the effect that the link has gone away.

The <title> for yout frameset it not very clear.

Personal peeve: I hate contact links that are mailto's... Mailto URLs 
don't work on my (work) machine. And since your email address isn't 
written out onto the screen, I can't cut and past it into my email 
program.

OVerall: nice colors, navigation, and images.
