Rob,
Colors, layout, fonts are all nice. Except for the title, as the bottom
of the "p"s in "Untapped" run into the main frame.
It bothers me to see the tiled Mona Lisa twice, though. Also, why
underline "some" in "I have some pictures"? One, it looks like a link.
Two, you're emphasizing "some", when that's probably not where your
emphasis should lie.
In fact, I'd leave off both of the last sentences ("I have some
pictures..." and "Just Click on the..." Users will know where to click.)
Also, my first instinct from the homepage was to click "Personality
Art". This sinply reloaded the homepage. That's pretty unintuitive.
Do you really want the homepage to have links to other sites? It invites
the user to immediately go somewhere else. (hotbot, siematic) At least
use a target to load these into a blank window.
The "frames" on the photos look really sharp. NIce job.
"Contact me" link doesn't work. Once you set it up, please make sure the
menu link isn't a mailto url. Make a contact page, and put a mailto url
link on that page, or even better, a formmail form. Also print out her
email address, so users can cut-and-paste the address into their
phonebooks, web emails, etc.
Overall it's a good site. It definitely showcases the artists talent.
(And she looks very talented! When I buy a house, I want some of this!)
Good luck,
Susan
