im not a big code expert, so i will leave that side of it to the others.  
but i have comments on the layout.  keep in mind that this is only an 
opinion.  its your site and you can do what you want with it.  ok here 
it goes.  i thought that the frame would look better in a different 
layout.  maybe smaller boxes and some different colors.  the colors and 
layout didnt seem to complement the grey pages.  again this is only my 
opinion and its your site.  but you wanted an opinion so i gave you one.
