Jordan, you have a nice start, but I have a few suggestions. You
hardly need two sets of navigation buttons, but when I clicked on
photo gallery, I saw rectangular links on the left side, and oval
links on the top. I think your left-frame navigation is all you
really need.

The colors are nice, but as always it's easier to read on a white
background than a colored one. How about making your main frame have
a white background, and leave the left frame with the green
background? You would also get a nice visual demarkation between
navigation and content.

Your events frame--it's a nice idea; visitors should be able to see
upcoming events easily. Personally, I would incorporate it near the
top of the main frame, and get rid of the bottom frame entirely. I
can't give you a good reason for it--just my opinion! :)

The oval logo needs to be anti-aliased. That way the black outline
won't look jagged. Make sure you antialias it against a green
background.

The buttons might have a little more oomph if you give them a drop
shadow. This also needs to be done against a green background.

I know that's a lot of suggestions, but let me reemphasize that
you've done a fine job so far. Good luck!
