a web site design company should already know "the right track".. but..
no you aren't.. you've broken almost all of the most sacred rules

-don't underline text unless it is a link
-i shouldn't see a horizontal scroll bar on a 640x480 resolution.. and
i see one on a 800x600!!
-not only does your html tag start with a capitol H and a lowercase
tml, you have wayyyy too much code in there for the little bit on the
site...
-"img2.gif" is not showing up
-check your grammar.. you haven't worded things very tactfully at all
