Nice design concept and color coordination.  Need to make title.gif 
transparent.  Looks like it was scanned in from some publications.  Images 
(list1.gif, etc.) needs to be made with anti-alais.  Too jagged.  Same goes 
to the ribbon3.gif image.

Great start!
