Browser or Java Problem?

Howdy,

I have one person in my test circle who keeps getting
a javascript error on line 308, however, everyone
else thinks it works just fine.  They are using IE 3
and I thought that was the problem untill this
weekend whey a IE 4 ran into the same problem.

There is a LARGE graphic at the top, which we have
yet to reduce and a random graphic which we are using
to test the Pearl script.  There should be mouseovers
on the nav bar at the top from white to yellow and a
floating AFSCME in the lower right corner.

Everything else is there just for layout stuff.
