The average business/individual that is interested in Web Design has no
knowledge of the W3C or its validation techniques. The average
business/individual that is interested in Web Design wants things described
in their simplest form. Perhaps in a summary of your technique this sort of
thing is appropriate, but only as a simple statement. A simple statement
with a disclaimer that not all sites need be 100% validated.
Furthermore, HTML validation does not always equal decent web development.
(Remember, this is for a web site for a web design company. For
experimental or personal pages, this does not neccessarily apply)
