Final shakedown

I'd like to get a few more assessments before this
design goes live  Mostly I'm looking for any
cross-platform quirkiness issues.  

FYI, I've already gone through the site with IE 4 and
Netscape 4.6 on a Windows NT machine with resolutions
varying from 640x480 to 1024x768.   I believe my
target audience is mostly Microsoft-oriented folks,
but I'm  interested in what happens in version 3
browsers, Macs, Opera, and stuff like that.
