Re: Site review please

I thought the graphics and design were done well. I only had problems with
navigation and consistancy.
Each page was laid out a little different,  not really consistant on each
page, one had no links anywhere ("contact me"), arrow  and logo placed in a
variety of places.
The frames aspect is not really neccessary. The information link in the lower
frame could easily be placed on the main page. 
The form pages (new window) design is nice, The "Broker, Owner, Contact" links
could be put on all those pages so that to get around you wouldn't have to
reload the home page each time.
The email address should be spelled out in addition to the mailto links you
have provided.  Those wanting to copy  the address for later use, or those
without "mailto" support are left out.
About the 800X600 alert message...I know that none of my non-computer jargon
friends nor any of my family would know what that message means. Might want to
consider that. Possibly asking the viewer to "maximize" their browser might be
easier to understand (although many folks wouldn't "get" that either).
More specific info about the location of these places would be welcomed.
All in all good site. Might need a "tightening up" here and there, but good
graphics, design and content.
