   I agree that frames don't really work for this site. I viewed the site on 
a small resolution monitor and your top frame took up half the veiwing area 
.. a large amount of screen space for nothing but navigation .. you must 
design on a large resolution monitor.. there was lots of horizontal 
scrolling .. not every page .. but enough that coupled with the frame taking 
so much space I would have left the site had I not been doing a critique 
visit.

   You have some nice clean looking pages once you break them out of the 
frames .. I would go with the comment about keeping the site on topic with 
the health issues and maybe relegating the personal content to a sub-site .. 
there are a few things that would make it look a bit more professional .. 
like making sure you don't have spaces in your
a href tags to elimiate the tails on your image links ... but I am sure you 
will work those out in a redesign ...
