Need help with CSS/javascript link

Hi!
   I want to have the contact form, and the message forum open in another=

window since they are off-site, and I'd like to keep the visitor on my si=
te or
at least have it in the background. =

   Can someone please help me on how I can get the drop-down menu link at=
 the
bottom to open in another browser window?
   I think I can get the graphic lnks at the top right to open in another=

window, but if you want to throw that in, it couldn't hurt.
    Any other comments are welcome. Though at this time, I wasn't really
feeling ready for you to critique it.  :)
