Please critique web-based training

Please provide any comments you would like to make on the site I'm 
developing. This is my 2nd website and first attempt at doing on-line 
training modules. The address is below:

-- I'm trying to do both css and html coding for those with older browsers.  
My visited links are not changing colors, and I'm not sure why.

-- The first module on forwarding is loaded as well as the metric converter. 
  (The module on documentation is not loaded, and other modules are to be 
developed.)

-- This will be an internal site, and the people using it will know who the 
company is because they are agency representatives (not for the public).

-- Exam 1 is loaded.  But you cannot send the data back to me.  I need more 
education to understand how to do that.

Don't feel like you have to address all these points.  Any input you would 
like to provide will be much appreciated.
