I think Nancy pretty much nailed the problems.  I do
like the layout and the color scheme.  You do add
flare to the site which could be potentially boring.

One thing about the menu, when you start getting in a
little deep you have to go back to the top to navigate
to some of the 2nd level pages.


Well now I can't go into the deeper levels, like the
UK sites, I'm getting errors in IE and its locked up.
