Since the company is called "Sparkle Carpet & Cleaning
Service", you may want to bring the Sparkle and Carpet
& Cleaning Service image closer so they are connected.
Too much space between them. At first I thought
Sparkle was a brand or something. Consider making that
'sparkle' in the sparkle like a star (erm.. cross-like
with four points if you know what I mean), doesn't
have that sparkling effect at the moment.

You may want to consider giving your navigation some
bevel effect maybe, a little plain now. Consider
moving "Before & after care", "carpet" and
"upholstery" under the Service button because it's
related. You can use text links as a sub-navigation
perhaps. Before and after care don't need to be a
button if it's not a link in my opinion. Also try to
stick to the same font size for the navigation. Some
buttons have smaller font size to fit into the button.

I don't know how effective will the client comment
page be. Usually when I see those on any commercial
site, I take it with a handful of salt. Call me a
skeptic. But if you must, you may want to include the
name of the client too instead of just Chula Vista,
CA.

Special offer- that thick red border bothers me. Since
the entire thing is an image, consider using a
different border. Consider centering it too.

Finally instead of a blue gradient margin, you may
consider have a carpetted left margin. Just a thought.
And personally I prefer reading text in verdana. :)

My two cents.
