GeoStor webpage critique

It's been awhile since I've used the list, I need help
with this one bad...

Please critique http://www.cast.uark.edu/cast/geostor/

Here's a little background...

GeoStor is an on-line data delivery system for the
state of Arkansas, anyone can use it to download
geographic data. There is no cost and the data
available is very extensive.

People be brutal, I need to find out what needs
changed and show the higher ups.  Check out ease of
use, if you understand what's going, etc...

You don't have to actually download the data, but if
you're interested go ahead.
