Just a thought, I would make your background a
lighter blue. (less eye strain) Also, your copy
right info on the bottom, I would make that a
different, more readable, color. Over
all though I thought it looked nice. You just
need to reduce eye strain.

problem with Netscape on signing up periodically and

if anyone with Netscape 4.xx could check the page.  
Seems to work fine
in NN6 and IE.
