Please critique my site

I have a new commercial site that sells Christian gifts and offers 
encouragement.  We have been on the web since July 6, 1999.  We get a lot of 
people clicking in the site, but no orders as of yet.  I know I need to do 
more PR work on the site, but not sure how as we have a very limited budget.  
 We are members of linkexchange.  I have a subscription to webmaster as well. 
 I am trying to learn all I can because I am new to this game.  I have seen 
some nice sites with animation (www.faithandgrace.com).  Should we do that or 
what?  Please help us by looking in and advising what you think.
