Need a Web Site Review

Hi everyone,

This site is nearing completion and I wanted to get your comments on it. 
Please look at http://www.geocities.com/Eureka/Executive/2090/index.html The 
site is here until I load it onto the University of Florida server.

I suppose it's commercial since it's promoting the University of Florida 
creative writing program. It doesn't really *seem* commercial though.
