Please critique personal pages

 In search of any comments on my personal pages (there are several). All my
pages are linked to my home page -

 I would like suggestions on one or all of the pages.
My graphics page is the only frame page I have up. I will be adding more
graphics shortly. Any ideas on how to conserve server space would be helpful.
I'm new to this, so any advise would be helpful.
