"Splash" page:

The animated gif goes to fast, making it hard to read what it says, and
making it a distraction from the rest of the page.

The main logo looks great, but it too big (in file size).

Your banner at the bottom is too big and stands out too much in relation to
the actuall business that you made the site for.  Try not having it
contrast (white on black) so much, making it smaller, or moving it further
down the page.  Or don't even put it on the splash page at all.

"Home" Page

Once again the file size of your graphics is rather large (52K just for
one).  Try to work on this.

The annoying animated gif is there again.

"News" Page

Huge navigation bar at the top took forever to load.  But the onmouseover
is cool.

Thinking that everypage is going to take equally as long to load, i'm going
to stop here.
