Site Critique

I am new to this mailing list but hope you all can help me out.

I have a site that is in need of a critique.

Over 1 year has gone into the development of ChristJam and we
have just started the registration process.  If the site is sorely 
lacking somewhere... we would like to know before we start losing
viewers.

Please give me any information you can... the normal stuff.. speed, 
look-n-feel,  etc... etc...
