Critique needed on soon to come layout..

I'm about to setup the new layout i have been working on for the last week
or so... i only have NS 4.05 to see it so i'm relying on you ppl to tell me
what you think of the layout only... it validates with w3c.org and
websitegarage.com gives it an excellent in every catagory pertaining to
design. The new layout is located at http://www.scriptingcrypt.com/work/

also... how does the new layout look in non CSS compatable browsers like
NS3.0/2.0 etc... thanks in advance!
