Please Critique

Hi, I'm working on a corporate page : http://www.pha-south.com/

I would like you all to mangle it with your critiques, tell me if it
doesn't look good on certain resolutions and what-not. The navigation
images on the first page might look pixelated at a lower resolution, see if
it happens for you. I used alot of CSS for the navigation links on all the
other pages. Also, where is a resource for the DTD types?? I know that
there are lots of them, and that you can make one that suits the site it's
being used for. Thanks in Advance.
