Deeb,
First, I would suggest you use <all> of the attributes that the IMG tag
offers and the only thing I added to the above code to keep it from
trailing off was a hard return <BR> before the image.  But, I would also
suggest using width=80-95% instead of width=600 in the TABLE ... also bring
the border size down some, even remove it for that matter.

Your layout consists of everything centered.  Try and be a little more
creative in the layout and bring that font size down.  It is entirely too
large.  If you bring the font size down, add some color, collapse the data
so the user doesn't have to scroll so much ... you'll be on your way.

(HINT: plenty of the data your are attempting to collect can be side by
side, therefore reducing the amount of vertical space to take up)
