Hmm... It's a good start. The problems I noticed are the +3 on the font
size for the menu items is too much. "Software Design" wrapped around,
which didn't look too good.

The logos on all the pages are different. I didn't like that at all. Looks
like you couldn't decide which style you liked best so decided to use them
all. I'll tell you which one I like the best: the one for Web Design. Pick
the one you like and use it consistently. That alone will improve the
cohesiveness of the pages.

Don't forget some kind of navigation menus on each page. Graphic Design and
Web Design had them, but none of the other sections did.

The reduced ADN Design graphic as bullets is a little pretentious. What
would work better, IMO, is to remove all the text and just use the solid
black "ink stain" of the logo. If you do this, you can probably make the
bullets a little smaller, too.
