Hello Everyone,
My associates and I have recently won the redesign contract for the Invesco
website located at http://www.invesco.com, one of the largest independent
mutual funds investment management firms globally. We have been
contractors for Invesco for well over a year, having contributed mainly to
the Prospectuses, Banner Adverts and their placements and the Educational
sections of the site ... about 50% approx.

We've fought tooth and nail with the incumbent designers in regards to
their style and presentational techniques implemented. Now that we have
the redesign contract elusively, we will be making site-wide changes and
that is where the esteemed members of the Guild come into play.

If you would share your advise and recommendations by answering the
questions below, and add the standard ... access info (i.e. browser, OS,
resolution, connection, etc...), we would be highly appreciative. I would
like to add that ALL responses are welcome, whether they be good, bad or
ugly ... they're all useful in one way or the other.

So folks ... you have my permission to be VOCAL and to be LOUD ...! Let me
have it if you will.

1. What do you like about the current site?

2. What would you do if "you" were the developer of the site? (please, no
"I would kill myself" answers ... we've already got dibs on that answer
*grin*)

3. Although there is a complete and functional text-only version available
(thanks to us BTW), what do you think about the frames and their
implementation and functionality?

4. Speaking of frames ... how do you feel about the present navigation?

5. In your opinion ... Does the site reflect the nature of their industry?
(meaning ... does it come across more as a conservative presence or does it
have a contemporary feel to it?)

6. For all those with a fine tuned eye ... how does the graphical presence
strike you?

7. Any other comments?

No need to comment on the code as I am fully aware of their discrepancies
at the moment sad to say.

Thanks for your time!!!!
