Hello list members,

Could anyone who is interested please offer a critique of the following
business site: http://machinerywatch.com

Here are some known "faults":

1. The site is centered only in Internet Explorer. Netscape does not
respond to centered tables so I still have to go in and enclose the entire
site in

tags.

2. The site loads slow. I would love to compress the graphics more but the
client wants to leave it just the way it is. C'est la vie.

Does anyone know what the proper method is to write "keyword" metatags? I
have it done with a space (sell, buy, machine, manassas, etc.) and without
spaces (sell,buy,machine,manassas,etc.). I have also seen a recommendation
to pluralize as many words as possible because search engines will then
read the root word as well as the plural version. Also, I just read an
article that said you should only have a maximum of 20 keywords because
more keywords will decrease the ratio or "weight" of each word. Could
anyone offer suggestions on this?

Thank you for any and all suggestions with this site. I have tested it on
IE 5.0, Netscape 4.6, Netscape 3.1 and Opera 3.0.

Sincerely,

Ross Andrews
Manassas, VA
