	Hello folks.  I have just finished my first site and have it up in a
temporary file at http://www.iinet.com/users/recruit/temp   I would like to
get some feedback before copying it to the main directory for actual use.
I guess I am most concerned about the download time at the moment.  Any
suggestions regarding design are also appreciated.  Thanks alot and I look
forward to offering feedback to other listers in the future :-)
