I need a criique. Please help me.

Hi to all the members of the list.

This is my first mail, I do not post often because my English is very bad
but I use to visit all the pages that requires a critique.

I am an italian student of Economics, and I started to learn Html for an exam.
I had to do a personal Web page to pass that exam and, after, I decided to
put my project on line.

My teacher said that the work is fine, but I would like to know your opinion.

I made 4 version (in Italian with and without frames, and in english, with
and without frames).

I am not a professionist: Internet is for me an hobby and not a job, but I
would like to improve my knowledge.
